At Against The Grain, our mission is to develop and produce distinctive beverages while helping emerging and established brands bring new ideas to market through flexible, high-touch manufacturing and beverage development.

Against The Grain is a white-glove beverage manufacturer. We produce and manage our own portfolio of brands while also operating as a beverage development and co-manufacturing partner.

Our facility supports both emerging and established brands. We work with founders who are building new beverage concepts from the ground up and with existing companies that need reliable production capacity.

Our model is built for flexibility. We help partners develop, test, and produce beverages at lower minimum order quantities so new ideas can reach the market without the scale normally required by large manufacturers.

Beyond production, we support formulation, process development, packaging, and commercialization. The goal is simple: help great beverage ideas move from concept to shelf with the same level of care we give our own brands.
