CREW LIST
It takes a village to localize Hollywood.
These are the brilliant, quirky, and committed humans behind B Scene — building stories, shooting shots, and supplying snacks.
On Set
Heather Bouvier
Founder & Director
With 25 years in corporate + strategy (Hilton, AT&T, Upwork) and a heart that beats for the arts, Heather swapped spreadsheets and sales processes for scripts.
After building Stage & Set to a $1M valuation pre-COVID, she paused to enjoy her daughter’s final high school years and got the idea for The B Scene from a reverse image search gone wrong. She's a past Twenty Under Forty, sits on multiple boards (Women in Film KY, CIVITAS), and lives where theatre nerd meets business strategist.

Savvy Hughes
Production Coordinator & Resident Photographer
Savvy turns everyday moments into timeless visuals. With 5+ years of experience in portrait, editorial, and lifestyle photography — and now documentary-style video — she captures brands with purpose and heart.
She's the eye behind the lens that brings B Scene's story to life. She can bring your story to life too, but you have to give her back!

Lillie Tuttle
Community Engagement & Social Media Lead
A Paris-based creative with a knack for storytelling and design, Lillie is a brand identity whisperer. From social strategy to content production, she builds worlds that feel intentional and fresh with savage editing skills. When she’s not crafting narratives, she’s hunting vintage in the Marais or leveling up in French.

Victoria Wagner
Logistics & Vendor Relations, Craft Services Extraordinaire
Victoria is a walking “yes, and…”; part fixer, part flavor curator, all heart. With decades of experience in improv, client service, and pure get-it-done hustle, she brings real-deal energy to every set, shoot, and spreadsheet. As the behind-the-scenes boss of crafty, Victoria doesn’t do sad snacks only fresh, energizing, actually-good options that fuel creativity and combat hanger. She’s the one with the backup plan, the better idea, and the granola bar you didn’t know you needed.
Style
Our wardrobe whisperers.
From branding shoots to film sets, they stitch stories into every seam and make sure you look camera-ready—even if the camera’s not rolling.

Katherine Bouvier
Personal Style Sleuth & Set-Ready Tailor
If you're from Louisville, you've likely seen Katherine in the scene — now she's styling them. A longtime performer turned fashion maven, KG has graced stages across Kentuckiana and stepped into film in 2018.
After graduating from Louisville Collegiate School and studying at the Institute of the Arts in Barcelona, she returned home to blend her love of performance with her passion for personal style. Whether it’s a camera-ready look or an everyday fit check, KG has the eye — and the tailoring skills — to make you look your best.

Molly Morgan
Costume Designer & Visual Storyteller
Molly makes characters look like characters. A costume designer, stylist, and tailoring wizard, she’s dressed everything from historical figures to billboard stars. With an MFA, an eye for detail, and credits on Hulu, Peacock, HBO, and Tubi, she brings serious chops and creative flair to every project.
She’s the reason your lead looks iconic — not like they just rolled out of wardrobe.
Writers' Room
Our storytelling soul.
These wordsmiths shape our voice, our tone, and sometimes our sanity.

Tara Cocco Guptill
Creative Strategist & Copywriting Lead
Tara lives at the intersection of clever and compelling. With over a decade of marketing and screenwriting under her belt, she’s happiest when a script is hilarious, heartfelt, or both. She’s your go-to for branded storytelling that doesn’t feel like branding.

Kirsten Clodfelter
Script Consultant & Narrative Coach
Equal parts writer, activist, and comms strategist, Kirsten has supported Afghan evacuations, co-founded a marketing agency, and published essays in The New York Times, Forbes, and Cosmopolitan. She blends purpose with polish and brings heart to every story — all while raising three kids and more houseplants than she’ll admit.

Jessica Mathis
Screenwriter & Concept Developer
Jessica aka Divinity Rose is a grant-winning, genre-bending storyteller who mixes trauma, humor, and the supernatural like a mad scientist in heels. With 400+ live events and 11 Telly Awards under her belt, she writes to heal, entertain, and make space for women’s voices. She's also the CEO of She Dreams Entertainment and runs community-building pitch events across Kentucky.

As a former agent at Abrams Artists and founder of Emery Entertainment, Eric has shaped talent for American Idol, CBS Interactive, the Edinburgh Fringe, and more. He’s served as board president of LA’s Theatre of NOTE, produced digital and live content, and teaches the next generation of creatives as an adjunct at Ball State. Whether behind the scenes or mentoring from center stage, Eric’s impact is anything but background.

Kevin Gibson
Startup Strategist & Operator Extraordinaire
Kevin brings big founder energy — and receipts to back it up. With more than 15 years across startups, corporate, and consulting, he’s helped raise $25M+, scale brands to $250M+ valuations, and lead global teams with empathy and precision. He’s the mind behind Founder45 and 45 Fest, pushing early-stage founders toward Series A with clarity, momentum, and zero tolerance for gatekeeping. Southern Indiana is home, poetry is his alt identity, and helping people bet on themselves is what drives him. Oh! and he gets sh*t done.

Kevin Grangier
Branding & Hospitality Mastermind
From Hollywood boardrooms to Kentucky bourbon bars, Kevin’s career has been nothing short of iconic. As the founder of CarryOn Communication, the award-winning agency supporting campaigns like Got Milk?, he helped shape national brand narratives long before “brand voice” was a buzzword. Now, as CEO of Belle Noble Entertainment Group, Kevin crafts unforgettable dining experiences and cultivates community through hospitality. His fingerprints are all over The B Scene’s visual identity and tone — a quiet homage to the master of message-making himself.

Miguel Hampton
Marketing, Equity, Brand, & Growth Advisor
Photographer. Coach. Cultural instigator. Miguel doesn’t just wear many hats — he designs them, shoots them, and sells out the launch party. As the visionary behind The Ink Spot creative co-working space and the force behind events like the Juneteenth Block Party, Let’s Talk About Sex, and Common Conversations, Miguel creates bold spaces for authenticity and transformation. Whether he’s behind the camera or behind the mic, his work champions equity, amplifies underrepresented voices, and leaves every brand (and every person) better than he found them.
